Mr. Tran Nguyen Phong expressed his confidence that upon completion, this facility will provide the people of Xuan Hoa Ward with convenient access to sports and physical activities, boosting their health and creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere in their daily lives. Additionally, it will contribute to shaping the image of a civilized, dynamic, and vibrant urban area.
