On August 9th, at the T&T City Millennia mega-urban project (in Can Giuoc, Tay Ninh province), T&T Group, and the Union of Ho Chi Minh City Trading Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of retail.

Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of T&T Group, and Mr. Pham Trung Kien, Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the General Management Board of Saigon Co.op, signed the strategic cooperation agreement.
According to the agreement, T&T Group and Saigon Co.op will collaborate to implement suitable retail models at commercial spaces within the T&T Group’s ecosystem. Saigon Co.op Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SCID) – a member of Saigon Co.op specializing in investing, developing, and operating modern commercial centers – will play the role of project management consultant, planning, and operating commercial centers to ensure efficient exploitation and provide an optimal shopping experience for residents.
According to Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of T&T Group, this cooperation is expected to open up a new direction in effectively integrating commercial and retail utilities into modern urban spaces by leveraging the strengths, potential, and unique ecosystems of both parties. The development of retail models is not only a commercial activity but also part of T&T Group’s strategy to develop a comprehensive urban ecosystem, aiming to create a modern and fully-facilitated living space for the community.
“Today’s signing event marks an important step in the cooperation between T&T Group and Saigon Co.op. With T&T Group’s experience in urban development and diverse real estate ecosystem, along with Saigon Co.op’s capability in operating the country’s leading reputable retail system, we believe that our partnership will bring practical, efficient, and sustainable values, not only to the enterprises but also to consumers and residents in T&T Group’s projects,” emphasized Mr. Do Vinh Quang.
