The Tan Truong Industrial Park Social Housing Project is located in Mao Dien Ward, Hai Phong City, with a land area of over 29,700 sq. m. Prior to the merger, the land belonged to Tan Truong Commune, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province.

The project’s preliminary total investment capital amounts to VND 1,429 billion, including four 20-story social housing buildings, one basement, and one tum, providing 1,388 apartments. It also features 52 semi-detached houses that are five stories high (with exterior finishes), a community house, and various auxiliary works.
The expected project implementation period is 36 months from the land handover. Hai Phong City is seeking investors who can meet the minimum owner equity requirement of 30% (equivalent to approximately VND 428 billion).
Hai Phong is a leading locality in Vietnam regarding social housing development. Before the merger with Hai Duong, the city was assigned a target to construct a minimum of 33,500 units, with an expected completion of 10,785 units this year, surpassing the plan by approximately 1%.
Meanwhile, Hai Duong aims to complete 15,900 social housing units by 2030, mainly focusing on the 2025–2030 period with 15,281 units. Following the merger, Hai Phong’s target for social housing development will be approximately 49,400 units.

According to the local Department of Construction, the launch of hundreds of affordable housing units is expected to significantly boost the housing supply and cater to the needs of the community.
