The introduction of Lotusmiles Pay, a collaborative product between ACB, Vietnam Airlines, and Visa, allows users to upgrade even if they don’t fly frequently, simply through oriented and refined consumption choices every day.

Are Card Tiers the New Luxury Status Symbol?
When self-validation no longer comes from owning a luxury item but from experiencing “not everyone can afford it”, privileged card tiers like Lotusmiles are gradually replacing luxury brands to become the new symbol of personal branding.
Recently, the collaboration between the three giants Vietnam Airlines, ACB, and Visa has attracted the attention of many customers because of the subtle privileges of Lotusmiles Pay. If, in the past, the experience of the members was associated with dozens of flights or tens of thousands of miles every year, now, Lotusmiles Pay, a collaborative product between ACB, Vietnam Airlines, and Visa, offers a new approach: turning everyday spending into an opportunity to upgrade. Shopping, dining, hotel bookings, or entertainment… can now contribute to getting you closer to your dream card tier.

ACB: Accumulate Miles, Upgrade Quickly with Daily Transactions
Lotusmiles Pay is a card that integrates two main features: Vietnam Airlines membership card and international payment card. The product includes two versions: Credit Card and Debit Card, allowing users to make payments at millions of global acceptance points while automatically accumulating miles according to the policy of the Golden Lotus program. The card is issued and managed by ACB, supporting online card opening on the Lotusmiles application and spending tracking through the ACB ONE platform.
In the past, to achieve Gold status in the Lotusmiles program, customers needed to fly a minimum of 30 qualifying segments/year, equivalent to approximately 50,000 km of travel, mainly on domestic or international economy class flights. However, with the birth of Lotusmiles Pay, mile accumulation for tier achievement is no longer limited to the number of flights but has been extended to include all daily expenses.
By spending just 800 million VND annually, or nearly 67 million VND per month, on services such as airline tickets, restaurants, shopping at commercial centers, premium utility payments, or resort bookings, members can quickly upgrade their card tier. These are not only daily consumption activities but also a way for customers to proactively invest in profound personal experiences and affirm their unique lifestyle.
Without a dense flight schedule, users can still get closer to the Titan tier through their daily consumption. The journey to upgrade is no longer solely dependent on the number of flights but is established by consumption preferences, personalization capabilities, and engagement with the service ecosystem.
With its deep financial analysis capabilities, modern operating system, and experience in serving elite customers, ACB is committed to providing a smooth, intelligent, and worthy financial journey for Lotusmiles members. This is a concrete step in ACB’s strategy of digitization and service development towards personalization, expanding utilities beyond the flight journey, and connecting with the digital life of customers to enhance the experience for the new generation of customers.
