The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has published a document from Thien Phuc International Hotel JSC (Thien Phuc International Hotel) disclosing the repayment status of its bonds’ principal and interest.
According to the document, on March 1, 2025, Thien Phuc International Hotel was due to pay interest on 30 bond lots with codes from THP.H2025.01 to THP.H2025.30, amounting to over VND 4 billion per lot. However, the company missed the payment deadline due to a lack of financial resources.

It is known that the total face value of these 30 bond lots is VND 3,000 billion. They are under custody at Tan Viet Securities JSC (TVSI) and have the same maturity date of August 31, 2025, with an issuance interest rate of 11% per annum.
According to the Report on the Use of Proceeds from Bond Issuance, Thien Phuc International Hotel utilized the funds obtained from the bond issuance in accordance with the approved bond issuance plan, as per resolutions No. 19/2020/NQ-HĐTV-TP to No. 48/2020/NQ-HĐTV-TP dated August 7, 2020, of the Company’s Members’ Council.
Specifically, during the reporting period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, the company used the entire VND 3,000 billion raised from the bond issuance to increase capital for its production and business activities.
Thien Phuc International Hotel, established in September 2013, operates in the hotel business and owns the Novotel Saigon Centre hotel (located at 167 Hai Ba Trung, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City).
Previously, the company was owned by Que Huong – Liberty Joint Stock Company. In 2016, Liberty transferred 100% of its capital in Thien Phuc to its partner, Saigon Green View Joint Stock Company. At that time, Ms. Luu Thi Ngoc Thuy was the Chairman of the Members’ Council of Thien Phuc and was also authorized to represent Saigon Green View’s contributed capital.
In June 2016, Mr. Dang Lien Minh became the Chairman of the Members’ Council and legal representative of Thien Phuc International Hotel. A year later, in June 2017, Ms. Hong Kim Yen (born in 1988) took over this position.
According to a change registration in December 2021, the company’s chartered capital was VND 2,241.6 billion.
Chairman Hong Kim Yen is a familiar name in the investment community. In addition to Thien Phuc, she also served as General Director and Legal Representative of Nha Trang Sao Joint Stock Company.
Nha Trang Sao is well-known for its controversial Nha Trang Sao Amusement Park project, which was revoked by the Khanh Hoa provincial government due to repeated delays, unauthorized use of historical relics, and non-compliance with environmental management regulations.
