This initiative is not only meaningful but also demonstrates Long Châu’s commitment to giving back to society, spreading love, and promoting community healthcare awareness.

In collaboration with local youth unions, leading hospitals, and healthcare authorities, Long Châu has ventured into remote areas to deliver healthcare services, spread love, and ignite a spirit of sharing.

On a crisp morning, as the convoy rolled into A Lưới district in Thừa Thiên – Huế province, a borderland of misty mountains, the locals were already gathered. The cool mountain breeze carried greetings, laughter, and hurried footsteps, creating a heartwarming moment of reunion filled with smiles and firm handshakes.

Accompanied by a special companion, artist Trường Giang, Long Châu not only provided dedicated medical examinations and free medication but also shared heartfelt moments with the locals. At each stop, people received thorough consultations, examinations, practical health gifts, and attentive advice. The simple handshakes, smiles, and concerned gazes, along with the earnest inquiries, transformed the medical examinations into intimate gatherings where the locals felt genuinely cared for.

The Long Châu convoy brought along modern medical equipment, healthcare products, and, most importantly, the loving hearts of its doctors and pharmacists.

Through this project, the system aims to facilitate timely and comprehensive healthcare access for people in remote areas, especially children, women, and the elderly, while promoting a proactive culture of “prevention is better than cure.”

With a network of 2,222 pharmacies spanning across provinces and cities, Long Châu is committed to bridging geographical gaps in healthcare experiences and enhancing the quality of life for all. Whether in urban or rural areas, everyone deserves equal access to healthcare products and advancements in medicine.

A representative from the Long Châu pharmacy and vaccination center shared: “Health is not only our most precious asset but also the foundation that empowers us to face challenges and live our dreams. At Long Châu, we believe that regardless of location or background, everyone deserves equitable and timely healthcare services. This belief fuels our long-term project, ‘Long Châu Shares – A Journey of Health for a Stronger Vietnam.’ During this journey, artist Trường Giang not only brings joy but also extends a helping hand, transforming each destination into a hub of love, hope, and inclusion, ensuring that no one is left behind on the path to better health.”

The locals received thorough examinations, free medication, and guidance on disease prevention for more proactive healthcare.

Mr. N.V. Ba, a resident of A Lưới district, shared his emotions: “The doctors and pharmacists of Long Châu provided detailed consultations and instructions on early disease detection. By emphasizing prevention, they help reduce the financial burden of treatment for individuals, families, and society. Thanks to this program, we are now more aware of our health status and are better equipped to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.”

Trường Giang joined Long Châu on their journey of sharing love and warmth in the familiar land of Huế.

Artist Trường Giang expressed his sincerity: “Long Châu’s health journey has traveled across the country, from North to South, spreading goodness to the community. ‘Long Châu Shares’ is not just a trip but a long-term commitment to providing healthcare support alongside skilled medical professionals. I hope that the locals will find a trusted friend in Long Châu, someone they can rely on when the weather turns cold.”

As the “Long Châu Shares” journey traverses Vietnam, from North to Central to South, it leaves behind a trail of warmth and human connection. In the memories of the locals, the image of Long Châu pharmacists tirelessly caring and handing out medicine remains vivid, embodying their dedication to a healthier Vietnam.

Proactive healthcare is not just a medical solution but also a foundation for breakthroughs in community healthcare, aligning with the spirit of the Resolution on healthcare breakthroughs. Embracing this spirit, Long Châu has been collaborating with leading domestic and international partners to offer free health screening and examination programs across regions, always putting people first. These programs cover various health aspects, including kidney disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, gout, anemia, liver disease, hypertension, vision, cardiovascular health, and metabolic disorders. On August 5, Long Châu joined forces with a pharmaceutical corporation and the Vietnam Alzheimer’s and Neurocognitive Disorders Association (VnADA) to launch a program aimed at screening memory and concentration health for 5 million people. The goal is to detect early signs of cognitive decline and intervene timely to improve brain health and reduce the risk of cognitive impairment.

The “Long Châu Shares” project is a long-term community health initiative launched by the Long Châu pharmacy and vaccination center in April 2021. Its mission is to provide medical support and healthcare advice to underprivileged individuals nationwide, especially in remote areas with limited access to healthcare. In December 2024, “Long Châu Shares” touched the hearts of thousands and was honored with the “Timely Project” award at the prestigious Human Act Prize.
