According to information from Thong Nhat Joint Stock Company, the company will receive purchase applications for 205 social housing units in the Housing Development Project in the Service Center Area of Bau Xeo Industrial Park (Trang Bom district, Dong Nai province).
The project, invested by Thong Nhat JSC, is constructed on an area of over 2ha, consisting of 6 blocks with a total of 624 apartments.

Currently, the company has completed 2 blocks with a total of 205 apartments. From September 10, the investor will receive purchase applications for these apartments until the quantity is sufficient.
The upcoming sale offers apartments ranging from 31 to 70 square meters. The tentative selling price is from VND 4-11.4 million/m2, equivalent to VND 124-798 million/apartment, depending on the floor location.
According to Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law, there are 12 groups of subjects eligible to purchase social housing (an increase of 2 groups compared to the 2014 Housing Law). These include: workers working inside and outside industrial parks; poor and near-poor households in rural areas; state officials, public employees, and officers and professional soldiers; households whose land is revoked or houses are demolished but have not been compensated…
On August 19, Thong Nhat JSC will commence the construction of a new building with 75 units belonging to the above project. This is one of the eight key projects selected by Dong Nai province to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.
