The Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police (PC08) have temporarily suspended the administrative violation handling system from 6:30 PM on August 13 to 6:00 AM on August 18, and requested that residents refrain from visiting during this period.

Traffic police set up a checkpoint to handle violations.

According to PC08 representatives, the suspension is necessary to implement plans for system upgrades and to incorporate new forms and regulations in line with the decrees related to the Traffic Police Department’s administrative sanctioning activities.

In the event that residents need to handle violations, the traffic police units will utilize pre-printed forms for handling administrative violations in the field of road traffic, as per regulations.

Following case handling, the traffic police authority will send the handling results to the inspection authority to lift the vehicle warning and update the violation handling system once it resumes operations.

The temporary suspension of the administrative violation handling system is an unavoidable measure to enhance the system’s operational efficiency and better serve the public. The system will resume normal operations after this period.
