Celebrating the 80th National Day Anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), three construction projects in Phu Tho province are selected for groundbreaking and inauguration, expected to take place on August 19. The three projects include: Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park; Yen Lac Regional Medical Center; and Phu Tho Province Cultural and Arts Center.

Up to this point, these three projects in the province have basically met the conditions for groundbreaking and inauguration as regulated, right on the occasion of the 80th National Day Anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Notably, in the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project, over time, the project investor, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., has closely coordinated with departments, sectors, and localities to speed up site clearance and land handover progress in phase I, and complete legal procedures such as environmental impact assessment reports, fire protection design, feasibility study reports, and construction permits. At the same time, they are actively preparing the necessary conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony to be held solemnly and connected online with other locations nationwide.

Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park Project

According to Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project covers an area of 295.74 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2,200 billion. Of this, the area of industrial land for lease is 200.41 hectares, accounting for over 69% in the territory of Binh Nguyen and Xuan Lang communes.

Once the infrastructure is completed, the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park will be one of the most modern production bases in Northern Vietnam, attracting diverse industries, including electronics, technology, mechanical engineering, supporting industries, and logistics. A separate subdivision has been planned for the semiconductor and high-tech industries, ready to welcome the wave of global supply chain relocation and the trend of smart manufacturing.
