Nguyen Van Thanh – CEO of Xanh SM

Born in 1992, Nguyen Van Thanh is the CEO of Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM), the operator of the Xanh SM electric taxi service. Joining Vingroup in 2019 as Deputy General Director of VinBus, he was tasked with launching the Xanh SM project in early 2023.

Within just 38 days, from concept to operation, the service was officially launched in Hanoi and later expanded to Ho Chi Minh City, quickly covering the entire country. By 2025, Xanh SM had established its presence in 55 provinces and cities in Vietnam and ventured into Indonesia, Laos, and the Philippines.

According to the latest report from Mordor Intelligence, in Q2 2025, Xanh SM held a remarkable 44.68% market share in the four-wheel taxi sector in Vietnam, outpacing its closest competitor, Grab, which held approximately 36.08%. This marks the third consecutive quarter of Xanh SM’s market leadership.

Under Nguyen Van Thanh’s leadership, Xanh SM aims to become the leading electric ride-hailing platform in Southeast Asia, with a focus on sustainable development and technology integration in its operations.

Pham Nhat Quan Anh – Deputy General Director of VinFast’s Manufacturing Block

Pham Nhat Quan Anh, born in 1993, is the eldest son of Vingroup’s Chairman, Pham Nhat Vuong. He serves as the Deputy General Director of VinFast’s Manufacturing Block, overseeing activities related to electric vehicle production.

Quan Anh first appeared in the public eye during the cooperation signing ceremony with the Marubeni Corporation for electric vehicle battery recycling in late 2023. In early 2024, he joined VinFast’s leadership in welcoming Indonesian President Joko Widodo to the company’s complex in Hai Phong.

In addition to his role at VinFast, Pham Nhat Quan Anh holds a 5% stake in VinRobotics Joint Stock Company for Multipurpose Robot Research, Development, and Application, and another 5% in VinEnergo Energy Joint Stock Company.

Pham Nhat Minh Hoang – CEO of Green Future (GF)

Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, born in 2000, previously served as Global Marketing Director at VinFast, overseeing international market launch campaigns.

Currently, Minh Hoang is the CEO and legal representative of GF Trading and Services Joint Stock Company – a company specializing in VinFast electric vehicle leasing and sales of used electric vehicles. Established in July 2024, GF rapidly expanded its operations across many provinces and became one of the largest electric vehicle leasing enterprises in Vietnam.

In addition to GF, Minh Hoang holds a 5% stake in VinVentures Technology Investment Fund, 5% in VinRobotics, and another 5% in VinEnergo, demonstrating his diverse involvement in technology and green mobility sectors.

Nguyen Trung Quan – Chairman of VinMotion

Nguyen Trung Quan, born in 1989, is a renowned global expert in the field of robotics. Prior to joining Vingroup, he was involved in research and development projects for industrial and service robots.

At Vingroup, Nguyen Trung Quan serves as the Chairman of VinMotion – a company specializing in robot research, production, and automation solutions. VinMotion’s products and technologies are oriented towards applications in various fields, from industrial production to customer service, aligning with the group’s high-tech strategy.

Regarding VinMotion, the Multipurpose Robot Research, Development, and Application Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of 1,000 billion VND. In less than seven months, VinMotion introduced five versions of humanoid robots that were entirely “make in Vietnam,” encompassing design, mechanics, electronics, software, and AI, all accomplished by Vietnamese engineers.

“We have complete control over the entire process, from mechanics and electronics to software, without importing whole units or chassis from any company. Every detail is developed in Vietnam,” shared Chairman Nguyen Trung Quan.
