Sao Mai Group, a renowned auction company, has announced an auction for the usage rights of 30 land lots owned by the People’s Committee of Pho Hien Ward. The auction will take place on the morning of August 27th.
These 30 land lots are part of the first batch of auction offerings in Pho Hien Ward for 2025. The land usage form is state-allocated land with land use levy collection through auction of land use rights, and long-term land use.
Each lot varies in size, ranging from 95 to 160.9 square meters. The starting prices are set at a premium, with the lowest being over VND 1.9 billion and the highest exceeding VND 4 billion. The reserve price is VND 350 million per lot, and the minimum bidding price is VND 200,000 per square meter.
Interested participants can submit their applications directly at the headquarters of Sao Mai Group, or via email and secured mail until 5 PM on August 22nd. The auction will be held at the Hung Yen Labor Culture House in Son Nam Ward, Hung Yen province, and will follow an upward bidding process with sealed bids for each lot.
