Spanning an area of 21,015 square meters, the Sunrise Home social housing project
features a 17-story building constructed on a plot of over 3,300 square meters.

Our reporter’s observation: The Sunrise Home social housing project is located
within an alley of the Construction Team 7 residential area, about 50 meters from
National Highway 1A. The project is surrounded by the neighborhood’s alleys.

The project site is fenced with corrugated metal sheets and features a project
perspective sign.

There is a security guard post inside the project site, but it was unoccupied at the
time of our reporter’s visit.

A security camera is installed at the project’s entrance for surveillance.

Since 2023, numerous websites and property brokers have continuously advertised
and introduced the Sunrise Home social housing project. Information such as,
“Sunrise Home social housing project has commenced construction and is accepting
applications and deposits for apartment purchases. Expected prices range from VND
16-17 million per square meter. Own an apartment starting from VND 530
million,” has been circulated on various websites and social media platforms.

However, the project site currently houses only a pile-driving machine, and the
Sunrise Home social housing project remains stagnant. The project site is
currently an empty, abandoned lot, despite the growing demand for affordable
housing in the capital.

A portion of the project site has turned into a stagnant pond, surrounded by
warning ropes.

Many suggest that authorities should inspect and urge the investor to expedite
project implementation to prevent waste. If the investor fails to proceed, the
project should be revoked and transferred to a capable investor.
