Da Nang Downtown: This project, undertaken by Asia Park Company Limited (a subsidiary of Sun Group), entails a total investment of VND 79,790 billion. It spans an area of 769,268 square meters in Hoa Cuong Ward. The development encompasses a commercial and service zone, an entertainment park featuring cutting-edge attractions and technology, as well as offices, commercial spaces, and tourism and accommodation services. The goal is to create a hub that appeals to both domestic and international tourists while providing a range of additional amenities, such as cultural culinary experiences and venues for conferences and seminars, all in alignment with the city’s urban development plans.

A notable feature of Da Nang Downtown is its 70-story tower, occupying approximately 1.6 hectares. This tower is envisioned as a modern architectural landmark for the city of Da Nang.
