Da Nang is set to inaugurate six key projects from August 19 to September 2, combining physical and virtual ceremonies, with simultaneous events held across the country.
The six projects include the expanded Chu Lai Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park, the resettlement area for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis (Dien Ban Bac Ward), the Da Nang Downtown project, the Ba Na – Suoi Mo eco-tourism and urban area complex, the apartment project in the C1, C2 area of Phu My An urban area, and the Social Housing project in the B4-1, B4-2 area of Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area. Additionally, the Ethnic Boarding School project in Tay Giang district will be initiated.

Among these, the Da Nang Downtown project by Asia Park Company Ltd. stands out with a total adjusted investment of VND 79,790 billion and a land area of over 769,000 sq. m.
A notable feature of this project is the region’s tallest tower (70 stories), designed with a modern architectural concept to become a new symbol of Da Nang.
The project also entails new construction, including a riverside commercial street that will host a vibrant night-time economy with bars, restaurants, music festivals, art performances, and other attractions for tourists and entrepreneurs.
During this period, the 11.5 km-long Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan expressway, with a total investment of over VND 2,100 billion, will also be technically opened to traffic.
