On August 16, 2025, the “Kick-off Phase 2 – Construction Progress Announcement and Sales Policy” event was held at the office of the Social Housing Project in Ham Kiem 1 Industrial Park (New Urban Area in Nam Phan Thiet, Lam Dong – old Binh Thuan province). The event was a lively gathering, marking an important turning point for the project. It brought together the leadership and key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Accounting, Legal, and Customer Care, along with numerous collaborators, partners, and reputable brokerage firms.

During the kick-off, a series of key contents were announced, boosting the strength and confidence of the entire team: Transparent construction progress, ensuring adherence to commitments; Attractive sales policies with flexible payment methods; Support for loans with preferential conditions from 6 reputable banks: HDBank, Social Policy Bank, Agribank, VietinBank, Vietcombank, and BIDV, alleviating financial pressure and offering attractive options for customers. In addition, a synchronized marketing plan with a clear strategy, streamlined procedures for purchasing social housing, and maximum support were also highlighted.
Notably, the event took place right after the issuance of Resolution 201/2025/QH15 by the National Assembly, expanding the scope of 12 eligible groups to purchase social housing. This provides a solid legal foundation and strong momentum for the New Urban Area in Nam Phan Thiet to comprehensively restart, broadening quality housing opportunities while contributing to the local socio-economic development.

With a total investment of over VND 1,215 billion, this project is set to be completed within 36 months.
