Additionally, amidst the strong global trend of digital transformation, HRAA introduces the “Tech Empowerment Awards 2025” category for the first time to honor Vietnamese enterprises that excel in applying technology to workplace improvement, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational efficiency.

In the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025” category, NCB achieved an impressive score of 4.67/5. Notably, the bank scored 4.53, 4.69, and 4.78 for the Core, Self, and Group values, respectively, surpassing the average scores of participating enterprises and improving upon its own past performance. This is the third consecutive year that NCB has been honored by HRAA with this prestigious award.

In 2025, HR continues to be a key focus for NCB, with significant investments in comprehensive HR policies and talent development.
