Agribank’s Saigon branch has announced the auction of a loan with a book value of over VND 137 billion as of July 2025.

The 5-star ship restaurant, Elisa, has been up for sale multiple times

The loan’s collateral includes the ship restaurant, Elisa, currently docked at Saigon Port in Ho Chi Minh City, and a Toyota Camry SE 3.5 automobile.

Back in March 2025, the 5-star ship restaurant, Elisa, was also put up for sale.

Elisa is introduced as the only and largest 5-star floating restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. It can accommodate up to 1,000 guests simultaneously and boasts five stories with diverse and distinct spaces.

Unlike other ship restaurants, Elisa remains stationary at the dock instead of cruising.

Elisa is also a popular spot for firework displays during holidays and Tet in Ho Chi Minh City. According to the registration information, the ship is currently owned by Hào Huy Trading Company Limited and operates as a docked restaurant at Saigon Port.

Established in 2005 with a charter capital of VND 60 billion, Hào Huy Trading Company Limited is the investor of Elisa Floating Restaurant. They specialize in restaurant operations and mobile catering services.
