At the exhibition, “The Call – A Journey to La Tien,” viewers not just admire but truly live among cultural slices – where the 2000-year-old Dong Son drum beats resonate within the city, blending with the coastal fishing rhythms and the pristine breath of Nha Trang. The multi-sensory performance space narrates not only the story of a region but also inspires a profound love for nature, people, and Vietnamese origins – rustic, rich in identity, and full of inspiration.

Under the vibrant dome mapping, “The Call – A Journey to La Tien” emerges as a work of art presented by KDI Holdings – the investor of La Tien Villa – dedicated to those who appreciate beauty and cherish Vietnamese culture. Amidst the bustling and hurried urban life, this is a peaceful touchpoint where light, sound, and emotions blend to guide each individual back to their primitive memories and sentiments.

Like the resounding beats of the Dong Son drum, the language of light and perpetual motion, La Tien Villa has borrowed the art of Dome Mapping to narrate the story of Nha Trang – the livable bay city – with all its subtlety, depth, and pride.

Throughout the 30-minute performance, “The Call” guides viewers through three artistic chapters:

Chapter 1: The call of nature – A vivid visual journey, recreating the pristine beauty of Nha Trang’s ocean, islands, coral reefs, and mountains.

Chapter 2: The call of culture – Cultural melodies dancing with the local rhythms, from Sa Huynh and Champa cultures to puppetry and traditional festivals.

Chapter 3: The call to experience – Leading to La Tien Villa, the Land of Fairies and the Emerald Bay, where life is formed from the breath of the earth, where amenities “rely on nature,” and where homes “breathe” with both privacy and vibrancy for connection.

Before immersing themselves in the 3D Dome Mapping space, guests embark on a journey with unique stops, capturing the beauty of Nha Trang’s land and people: The “Oh Nha Trang” photo station with poetic and previously unseen scenes of Bac Nha Trang Ward (Khanh Hoa Province), the “Nha Trang Qua Dang” film station, a series of heartfelt films with indelible memories exclusively presented by La Tien Villa for Nha Trang, and a stop about the Land of Fairies and the Emerald Bay, where “breathing” homes harmonize with nature.

At La Tien Villa, Nha Trang’s culture and arts are creatively recreated through 3D Dome Mapping. This is considered a breakthrough and bold approach to storytelling about a region and real estate, avoiding the typical 3D perspectives and master plan drawings. La Tien Villa is also a project that gathers passionate cultural heritage artworks: The Do Theatre with the Roi Mo show, the Van San Dao Coral Conservation Park, and the Dong Son Square, soon to be unveiled.

With traditional cultural values inherited and celebrated within an artistic living space, La Tien Villa is where every morning is filled with the scent of the sun, sea breeze, and the breath of the ocean from the doorstep. Each passing day is a journey of rich experiences, arts, and culture, where every resident finds themselves in a serene and sustainably connected lifestyle.

Co-developed by KDI Holdings and Masterise Homes, La Tien Villa is an affluent community by the Nha Trang bay, built following the pioneering “compound villa” model in the urban center of Bac Nha Trang Ward. The project is located on the prestigious Tran Phu extended avenue, alongside a private luxury marina, capturing the beauty of one of the planet’s most magnificent bays.

Situated within the existing 44-hectare urban area, the “breathing” villas of La Tien carry the message of “Lasting Memories – Lasting Freedom: Where sustainable freedom is built upon indelible memories,” setting a new living standard for the elite community.
