With GF, customers gain peace of mind from the get-go as vehicle information is transparent and detailed, leaving no room for doubts about quality. This sets a new standard in the used car market.
– Specifically, how are the used electric vehicles at GF Thang Long inspected?
The most notable difference with GF is the rigorous 139-step inspection process. This is not a superficial check but a thorough procedure. All vehicles undergo assessments covering interior, exterior, chassis, electrical systems, engine, battery, and control systems. Each step is carried out by certified technicians and properly documented.
After inspection and upgrades, GF categorizes vehicles into three grades: Signature, Selected, and Standard. This classification is based on the actual condition of the vehicle and priced accordingly. Additionally, if further inspection is desired, we’re happy to put the vehicle on a lift for a thorough examination of the undercarriage, suspension, or any other specific details they wish to inspect. Whether for personal use or business, we understand the importance of quality, and we back it up with concrete evidence, not just words.

Furthermore, GF publicly discloses quality certifications, vehicle history, and other relevant documents for vehicles sold, enabling customers to easily verify information and ensuring complete transparency in their purchasing journey.
– Some customers might be concerned about the lack of benefits and policies associated with used vehicles, leaving them to fend for themselves. What are your thoughts on this?
This is another aspect that sets us apart. Not only do we offer “as new” standard GF used vehicles, but we also extend supportive policies throughout the customer’s journey. Specifically, GF currently offers two prominent financial policies for used electric vehicle buyers. First is the facilitation of bank loans with flexible procedures and competitive interest rates. Second is a generous incentive of up to 70 million VND for those trading in their gasoline-powered cars for the VF 8 used electric model. The condition is that the gasoline car must be owned by the customer for at least three months before purchasing the electric vehicle from GF.
Additionally, buyers are entitled to the same benefits as new car purchasers, including free charging until mid-2027, manufacturer’s warranty, and more. These policies have sparked significant interest from users, contributing to our impressive sales figures in recent months.
– Could you share the average monthly sales figure for GF Thang Long and the typical feedback you receive from customers after their purchasing experience?
Our average monthly sales stand at 60-70 used electric vehicles. Many customers share that they feel respected due to our transparency, be it vehicle condition or support policies. They don’t just buy a vehicle; they gain peace of mind.
