The “KOL Summit 2025: Influencers in the Nation’s Soaring Era” conference, organized by the National Cyber Security Association in collaboration with the Bureau of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention, was recently held in Hanoi. This inaugural national-scale event gathered nearly 300 influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from 34 provinces and cities, aiming to connect the KOL community with government agencies, businesses, and platforms to promote value creation and sustainable development in the digital era.

With the theme “KOLs in the Nation’s Soaring Era,” the conference aimed to promote the positive role of KOLs in nation-building, protection, and development while emphasizing their responsibility in spreading positive, humane, and sustainable values within the community.

KOLs and Their Mission to Lead Digital Trust

At the event, SHB’s Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Do Quang Vinh, presented a thesis on the topic “Individual and Organizational KOLs: Leading Digital Trust and Aspirations for the Nation’s Soaring.” As a bank administrator and influential KOL in the digital space, Mr. Vinh emphasized the goal of turning influence into positive impact, creating a transparent and healthy digital environment, and forming a digital trust alliance to accompany the country into a new era of development.

“From my business administration experience, I’ve learned that messages endure when coupled with action. The public seeks not just fancy words but authenticity and verifiable results,” said Mr. Vinh, adding, “As a young leader in business administration and a social media influencer, I recognize the potential for collaboration between enterprises and KOLs to create and spread positive values.”

Throughout its 32 years of development, SHB has steadfastly accompanied the country and its people, contributing to socio-economic development. Beyond just growing stronger, SHB understands its responsibility as a financial organization to connect and spread values to the community, encompassing economic, financial, cultural, and social aspects.

With a “walk the talk” spirit, SHB’s activities are always linked to contributing to socio-economic development, becoming a pervasive culture passed down through generations of employees. Building on this foundation, Vice Chairman Vinh, as a young leader, not only inherits SHB’s sustainable values but also synergizes his personal influence in the digital space, spreading positive energy and inspiring his followers.

Enterprises Also Play a Role as KOLs

In his thesis, Vice Chairman and Deputy CEO, Mr. Do Quang Vinh, highlighted the two-way connection between enterprises and their employees, shareholders, partners, and managing agencies. He believes that the digital space is not just a channel for enterprises to disseminate convenient products and humane values to the community, contributing to economic stimulation, but also an effective avenue for hearing feedback from customers and shareholders, thereby enhancing experiences and innovating products. Enterprises, he argues, can become collective KOLs, accompanying laborers, shareholders, customers, partners, managers, and the community to spread values and reinforce social trust.

Constructing a transparent, healthy, and community-oriented digital space requires the collective responsibility of enterprises, individual KOLs, and the public. Strengthening this sustainable linkage will promote the positive development of the digital space, eliminating negative influences and guiding the country toward modern, agile, and profound progress.

At the event, the “Digital Trust” alliance was officially launched, uniting KOLs, managing agencies, platforms, enterprises, and the press to combat fake news, online scams, and opaque advertising while disseminating positive and humane values. The alliance will serve as a bridge to promote transparency, professionalism, and responsibility in online activities.

Mr. Do Quang Vinh, SHB’s Vice Chairman, is an active member of this alliance, dedicated to establishing sustainable connections for the long-term development of SHB and the nation. His participation underscores SHB’s commitment to the digitalization process and national development, ready to accompany the country into a new era.

SHB consistently affirms its leading position as a bank with products and services conveying messages of stability, reputation, and responsibility. The bank closely follows the Party and State’s guidelines and policies, becoming a trusted financial partner for businesses and individuals. Notable examples include SME credit packages, incentives for innovation in technology, and investments in green and digital economies, aligning with the spirit of Resolutions 57-NQ/TW and 68-NQ/TW.

SHB is currently one of the country’s largest budget contributors and actively engages in social welfare activities based on the philosophy of “Enterprise Development Associated with Social Responsibility.” Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local authorities, SHB and its ecosystem enterprises have donated thousands of billions of VND to support the poor, disadvantaged, natural disaster recovery, and epidemic prevention. They have also built Great Unity houses and replaced temporary housing in many mountainous and border areas.

Responding to the Prime Minister’s call, SHB presented VND 100 billion to Soc Trang province (former) and collaborated with the Ministry of Public Security to implement a program to replace temporary housing and support the poor nationwide. Several projects have been implemented, such as 700 houses in Bac Lieu (former), 150 houses and 1 school point for ethnic minorities in provinces severely affected by storms and floods: Son La, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Dien Bien, Yen Bai (former), Ha Giang (former), Cao Bang, Bac Kan (former), and Thai Nguyen… demonstrating the bank’s commitment to spreading humane values and promoting the fine traditions of the nation.
