According to Decision No. 9765-QD/TU, the Hanoi Party Committee’s Standing Board has decided to assign Ms. Bui Huyen Mai, a member of the Standing Board, to no longer participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, and to relieve her of her post as Secretary of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee for the term 2025 – 2030. She will now work at the Vietnamese Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hanoi City and is recommended to be elected as the Vice Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Hanoi City for the term 2024 – 2029.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Permanent Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, stated that the assignment and deployment of Ms. Bui Huyen Mai is a step in the preparation for the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Organization.

Mr. Phong described Ms. Mai as a well-trained young official who has held several important positions. He expressed his hope that she would quickly adapt to her new role and work together with the VFF Committee of Hanoi City to promote solidarity and successfully fulfill their political tasks.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Bui Huyen Mai affirmed that she would immediately begin her new duties and looked forward to the support and guidance of the VFF Committee of Hanoi City to successfully perform her assigned tasks.

In the afternoon of the same day, the VFF Committee of Hanoi City held its 4th Conference of the 18th term to elect the Vice Chairwoman of the VFF Committee of Hanoi City for the term 2024 – 2029.
