Apple is rumored to have leaked a slew of upcoming hardware products, as revealed by tech website MacRumors. Buried within the company’s software code were hints of new devices ranging from iPads to Vision Pro and even the HomePod mini.
The most notable device in the leak is a budget-friendly iPad powered by the A18 chip, currently found in the iPhone 16. This aligns with predictions made by tech journalist Mark Gurman, who suggested that Apple would release a more affordable iPad in spring 2026, utilizing older-generation chips to optimize costs.

Apple also appears to be working on a new iPad mini with the A19 Pro chip, which is expected to feature in the iPhone 17 set to launch in September. Additionally, the next-generation Vision Pro augmented reality glasses are said to be equipped with an entirely new M5 chip, despite Apple not yet announcing this processor. The new Vision Pro is anticipated to launch later this year.
Another surprising revelation is the mention of a second-generation Studio Display monitor. Since its initial release in 2022, Apple has not upgraded this high-end display. This leak adds weight to analyst Ross Young’s prediction that a new Studio Display could arrive by late 2025 or early 2026.
Perhaps the most unexpected find in the software code is the HomePod mini smart speaker, which hasn’t seen an update since its initial release in 2020. The new version is expected to feature the S11 chip, which is also rumored for the Apple Watch Series 11.
