According to Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Chairman of Deo Ca Group, the original plan for Phase 1 of the Dong Dang – Tra Linh Expressway was to complete it by December 2026. However, following the Prime Minister’s directive to ensure the connectivity of the expressway from Cao Bang to Ca Mau by 2025, the investor and contractor have adjusted their plans.
To achieve this ambitious goal, the investor and contractor are focusing all their resources on shortening the construction period by almost ten months, despite the challenging terrain and weather conditions.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang shared that the completion of Phase 1 of the Dong Dang – Tra Linh Expressway will be a new milestone.
