Accordingly, this project will involve investing in the construction and completion of an interchange at a different level, with the principle of maximizing the utilization of the already-invested sections of the Da Nang – Quang Ngai Highway.
Da Nang invests over 537 billion VND in the project of the interchange between National Highway 14B and the Da Nang – Quang Ngai Expressway.
This includes constructing a bridge on National Highway 14B that will cross over the expressway, with the initial bridge section designed to match the scale of the currently-under-construction National Highway 14B. The existing bridge on the Hoa Lien – Tuy Loan Expressway will be expanded.
Simultaneously, the Hoa Lien – Quang Ngai cross-center branch within the interchange will be widened to ensure connectivity for indirect left turns, harmonizing with the scale of the Hoa Lien – Tuy Loan Expressway that is under development.
Maximizing the utilization of the already-invested four direct right-turn branches, while continuing to invest in their completion as per the approved scale. Constructing four indirect left-turn branches and four collection roads for local traffic. Developing electrical systems, lighting, signal lights, drainage, traffic organization, and landscaping within the interchange.
The project is scheduled to be implemented from 2025 to 2028.
