Hanoi Highway Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has released its financial report for the first half of 2025.
The company recorded a net profit of VND 156.6 billion in the first six months, a 5% increase compared to the same period last year.
As of June 30, 2025, Hanoi Highway’s equity was VND 1,850 billion, unchanged from the previous year. The return on equity (ROE) ratio stood at 8.46%.
The company’s debt-to-equity ratio reached 2.11, with total debt amounting to nearly VND 3,895 billion as of June 30, 2025. The majority of this debt comprises bank loans of over VND 2,281 billion and other short-term payables of VND 1,022 billion.

Hanoi Highway is the investor in the BOT project to expand the Hanoi Highway. The project has been collecting tolls for repayment since April 1, 2021.
As of the end of the second quarter of 2025, Hanoi Highway’s bond debt stood at VND 525 billion. In the market, this BOT enterprise has only one lot of bonds, HNHCH2433001, which was issued on February 7, 2024, and will mature on November 7, 2033.
The total value of capital raised through this bond issuance was VND 550 billion, but the company repurchased a portion before the due date in July 2024, resulting in an outstanding principal amount of VND 525 billion.
According to the report on principal and interest payments submitted to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), in the first half of 2025, Hanoi Highway paid VND 25.6 billion in interest to the bondholders of the above bond lot.
Hanoi Highway is a subsidiary of HoSE-listed Infrastructure Investment Corporation (CII), which indirectly holds 51% of the voting rights through CII Bridge and Road Investment Joint Stock Company.
Hanoi Highway is currently the investor in the BOT project to expand the Hanoi Highway. This project has a scale of VND 4,906 billion and a total length of 15.7 km, starting from Saigon Bridge to the intersection with Dong Nai Bridge. The expansion involves widening the main axis from 24 m to 34 m and from 41 m to 48 m, as well as constructing two new parallel roads, each 12 m wide. The total number of lanes will increase from 14 to 18.
The project has been collecting tolls for repayment since April 1, 2021. According to CII’s estimates, the Hanoi Highway BOT project will be completed in 2035. It is expected to contribute up to 30% of the company’s annual revenue during the period from 2023 to 2032, with projected revenue for this period increasing from nearly VND 2,400 billion to VND 5,000 billion.
