The Song Nhue Hotel is strategically located on prime real estate at 150 Tran Phu,
at the intersection of Tran Phu, Thanh Binh, and Phung Hung streets, in Ha Dong
Ward, Hanoi.

This 6,000-square-meter plot has been recently included in the list of sites
approved for commercial housing development. The site is expected to host the
Oriental Legend Ha Dong, a high-rise complex project with an investment of over
VND 2,400 billion.

As observed by our reporters, the Song Nhue Hotel site boasts a prime location,
with its main frontage on Tran Phu Street, just 300 meters from Van Quan Station
of the elevated railway.

The Oriental Legend Ha Dong project is introduced as an initiative of Song Nhue Hotel
Tourism Joint Stock Company (Song Nhue Company), the same company that owns Song
Nhue Hotel. Established in 2007, the company specializes in short-term
accommodation services.

Currently, the 5-story Song Nhue Hotel stands on this site, left abandoned for
several years.

Due to years of neglect, many parts of the Song Nhue Hotel have deteriorated and
fallen into disrepair.

A portion of the Song Nhue Hotel premises is currently being leased.

The 5-story abandoned hotel on the prime land of Ha Dong Ward will soon be demolished
to make way for a billion-dollar high-rise project.
