On August 18, the KITMC Worldwide Vietnam RSP Balanced Fund, part of the KIM Vietnam group of funds, sold 300,000 VTO shares, reducing the group’s total holdings to over 4.56 million shares. As a result, the ownership ratio decreased from 6.09% to 5.71%.
Among the funds in this group, KITMC Worldwide Vietnam RSP Balanced Fund holds the most VTO shares, with over 1.57 million, representing 1.97% of the capital. Based on the closing price of the August 18 session, the transaction value is estimated to be over VND 3.7 billion.

Prior to this, the KIM group of funds also reduced their holdings in VTO. During the sessions on August 13 and 14, the KITMC Worldwide Vietnam RSP Balanced Fund and KIM Investment Funds – KIM Vietnam Growth Fund sold 600,000 and 400,000 shares, respectively, lowering their ownership ratio from 8.09% to 6.84%. Based on the closing prices of August 13 and 14, the total transaction value is estimated to be nearly VND 13 billion.
VTO shares have been trading sideways around the 12,000 VND per share mark since May. At the close of the morning session on August 20, the share price stood at 12,300 VND per share, down nearly 10% since the beginning of the year.

The KIM Vietnam Fund Management Company Ltd. has increased its holdings in CTD by purchasing an additional 550,000 shares, bringing their total ownership to 7.18%. In a separate transaction, Mr. Bolat Duisenov, Chairman of the Board, acquired 200,000 CTD shares, taking his personal stake to 1.57%.
