Unveiling a Social Housing Project Worth Over VND 1,100 Billion in Khanh Hoa

A new social housing project is set to transform the landscape of the Thanh Hai resettlement area in Bao An ward, Khanh Hoa province. With a total of 1,352 apartments and an investment of over VND 1,136 billion, this development is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

On August 19th, in Bao An ward, Khanh Hoa province, Hoang Quan Group and Sao Bien Real Estate Joint Stock Company inaugurated a social housing project in the Thanh Hai resettlement area.

The social housing project in Thanh Hai resettlement area spans over 19,150 square meters and comprises four 15-story apartment blocks, offering a total of 1,352 apartments ranging from 30 to 70 square meters each. The project’s total investment amounts to over VND 1,136 billion.

Sao Bien Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the investor, and Binh Thuan Construction and Housing Business Joint Stock Company is the contractor. Victoria Real Estate Management Company will manage and operate the project, while Hoang Quan Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company will be in charge of distributing the apartments to the market. HDBank provides financial support. The project is scheduled for completion and handover in the second quarter of 2027.

Project perspective of social housing in Thanh Hai resettlement area

Hoang Quan Group, a pioneer in social housing development, continues to expand and implement social housing projects in various provinces, including Golden City Tay Ninh, HQC Tan Huong (former Tien Giang province), and the new urban area of Tra Vinh, among others.

The Group has registered to build 50,000 social housing units as part of the program to develop one million units by 2030. For the year 2025, Hoang Quan aims to complete at least 5,000 social housing units, with approximately 80% expected to come from the Golden City project in Tay Ninh.

From 2025 to 2030, Hoang Quan will further expand and develop real estate projects nationwide, focusing on three key segments: social housing, commercial real estate, and industrial parks. The social housing projects will be located in Dak Lak, Phu Tho, Da Nang, and Hue.
