T&T City Millennia is a large-scale urban area developed by Thai Son Long An JSC with a total area of 267 hectares.
The development of T&T City Millennia began in 2018. At that time, Long An (now known as the former Long An) had not yet attracted many major real estate investors, and the connecting infrastructure was still in the formation stage.
It wasn’t until 2025 that the market witnessed the arrival of prominent corporations such as Vinhomes with their project, Vinhomes Green City, spanning 197 hectares, and Ecopark with their Eco Retreat project, covering 220 hectares.

Representatives from VietKings present the Vietnam Records certificates to the two special projects of T&T City Millennia: Millennia Journey Walking Street and Light River.
On August 14, the T&T townhouses and villas were officially introduced to the market through a kick-off event attended by over 1,200 real estate agents.
The completed and ready-to-move-in townhouses will be priced from 7 billion VND per unit (approximately $304,347) for a 100-square-meter area.
