Leading Chinese Construction Firm Seeks Investment Opportunities in Thanh Hoa

On August 22, at the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee of Thanh Hoa, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, received and worked with Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of the Pacific Construction Group and President of the Trang Nghiem Research Institute (China).

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa congratulated Thanh Hoa province on its achievements in recent years. He also highly appreciated the potential and strengths of the locality and expressed his belief that the province would achieve remarkable development in the coming time.

The founder of the Pacific Construction Group also introduced the provincial leaders to the Group’s construction and development process and its areas of strength.

Accordingly, the Pacific Construction Group is a company specializing in investing in and constructing transportation projects, highways, urban areas, hydraulic works, architecture, and some other fields.

At the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his desire to cooperate and invest in Thanh Hoa province and set up the Group’s representative office in the North here.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, welcomed Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa and the members of the working group of the Pacific Construction Group to visit, work, and explore cooperation and investment opportunities in Thanh Hoa province.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee appreciated the Group’s goodwill and affirmed that Thanh Hoa province would create the most favorable conditions for the Group’s subsidiaries to continue working with departments, branches, and the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones of the province to carry out the next steps in accordance with the law.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh expected that the Pacific Construction Group would soon carry out specific procedures to implement cooperation in the coming time, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa province and the Group in the future.

Earlier, in March 2025, the Pacific Construction Group also had a working session to discuss cooperation contents between the Group and Thanh Hoa province. After the meeting, the Group surveyed 6 investment promotion projects in the province, including the North Song Ma Boulevard project, Lach Sung Port, Quang Chau Port, Quang Nham – Hai Chau Port, Nghi Son Inland Port, and the railway route from Tho Xuan Airport area to Nghi Son Economic Zone.

Regarding the Pacific Construction Group, this is an enterprise established by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa in 1995, focusing on infrastructure investment and construction projects.

The Group was granted a first-class certificate by China in fields such as highway, urban area, hydraulic, and architectural construction.

The Pacific Construction Group ranks 96th among the top 500 largest enterprises in the world, 19th among the top 500 largest enterprises in China, and is the second-largest private enterprise in China among the top 500 enterprises in the world.

This project was started on May 19.
