Among this grand chorus, the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park (IP) in Phu Tho Province stands out like a special note.
On the morning of August 19, 2025, Phu Tho Province inaugurated the green and smart Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park IP in a jubilant and proud atmosphere.

It affirms our determination to establish Phu Tho as an appealing destination for domestic and foreign investors and a significant industry and service center of the country”

This project not only marks the commencement of a new construction but also underscores the stature of Phu Tho – the Land of Ancestors – in the era of green and smart industry.
The selection of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park IP as one of the 80 representative sites nationwide that are directly connected, underscores the project’s critical role in the national strategy.
The Strategic Significance of the $4.65 Billion Green Project
Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park IP is planned across an area of nearly 300 hectares, with a total expected investment of $176 million (approximately VND 4,650 billion).

The project aims to attract high-tech industries, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, precision mechanics, and smart logistics. Upon completion, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park IP is expected to generate employment for nearly 100,000 laborers, significantly contributing to the local budget and enhancing the province’s industrial infrastructure.
One of the outstanding features of this billion-dollar project is the integration of economic development and environmental protection.
100% of the factory roofs are covered with solar panels, and the waste treatment system aims for carbon neutrality. Over 35 hectares of greenery and 5.5 hectares of lakes and canals serve as a “natural lung.” Additionally, a digital operation system utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) is implemented for monitoring and optimization.
All these aspects demonstrate that Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park IP is a green, smart, and sustainable industrial park adhering to international standards.
According to the leaders of Phu Tho Province, this project is one of the 57 IPs planned by 2030, covering a total area of over 13,000 hectares. These IPs are expected to contribute up to half of the province’s industrial and construction output. By 2050, this number will increase to 58 IPs spanning over 14,000 hectares, integrating urban, service, and circular economic areas.
