Mrs. Tran Kieu Thuong Purchases 1 Million NAB Shares

Ms. Tran Kieu Thuong has recently reported a purchase of 1 million NAB shares between August 8 and 14 through order matching.

During this period, the average trading price of NAB shares was VND 15,700 per share. It is estimated that Ms. Thuong spent VND 15.7 billion to accumulate these shares.

Following this transaction, Ms. Tran Kieu Thuong’s holdings increased from 45,996 shares to nearly 1,046,000 shares, representing 0.061% of NAB’s capital. Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam currently holds 5.28 million shares, equivalent to 0.31% of NAB’s capital.

In terms of business performance, for the first six months of 2025, Nam A Bank recorded a pre-tax profit of over VND 2,500 billion, a 14% increase compared to the same period last year.

As of June 30, 2025, Nam A Bank’s total assets were valued at VND 314,798 billion, a 28% increase from the beginning of the year.

Customer loans increased by 15% to VND 192,466 billion, while customer deposits rose by 245% to VND 196,932 billion during the same period.

On July 11, Nam A Bank successfully distributed 343.1 million bonus shares to 7,502 shareholders. The entitlement ratio was 100:25, meaning that for every 100 shares owned, shareholders received 25 new shares.

The capital source for this issuance was from the owner’s equity (retained earnings and other funds as stipulated by law as of December 31, 2024, based on the audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2024 of Nam A Bank).

The share transfer is expected to be completed by August 2025. With this issuance, Nam A Bank has successfully increased its charter capital from VND 13,725.5 billion to VND 17,156.8 billion.
