On August 19, Taseco Land, a prominent real estate investment company, marked a significant milestone with the groundbreaking ceremony of its new urban area project, the Phan Dinh Phung Central Walk in Thai Nguyen province. This prestigious project is one of 250 exemplary developments across the nation that are being inaugurated or commenced to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the new urban area and the central walking street of Phan Dinh Phung ward, Thai Nguyen province, was held.

The event was honored with the presence of Mr. Pham Hoang Son, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Ms. Do Thi Minh Hoa, member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Education Commission; Mr. Dong Van Luu, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; along with leaders and directors of departments, representatives of ministries and strategic partners, and Taseco Land employees.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Taseco Group, shared that with its strategic location, modern design, and synchronous utilities, the new urban area and central walking street project in Phan Dinh Phung ward, Thai Nguyen province, is expected to become a cultural, commercial, and tourist attraction, appealing to locals and visitors alike. It will also provide a significant boost to the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen.

The new urban area and central walking street project is located in an advantageous position in Phan Dinh Phung ward, Thai Nguyen province, with a total investment of over VND 2,450 billion. The project is planned on an area of 6.64 hectares and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2026.

This modern living, commercial, and entertainment complex is designed with a harmonious mix of prominent items. The commercial housing area comprises 174 high-end shophouses with six floors each, optimized for both living and business purposes.

The project’s highlight is the central walking street, stretching over 330 meters in length and 52 meters in width, nestled between two rows of high-rise blocks. It is designed to complement the landscape of the central administrative and cultural area. Beneath the walking street lies a large-scale basement of 1.9 hectares, incorporating a modern parking lot and a commercial-service area, along with shops, supermarkets, culinary delights, and entertainment options, creating a vibrant lifestyle for residents and visitors around the clock.

Regarding the investor, Taseco Land Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company, was established in 2009 and is the leading unit within the Taseco Group ecosystem. With 16 years of experience and development, Taseco Land has earned a reputation as a trusted enterprise in the real estate industry, leaving its mark on numerous large-scale projects.

Currently, Taseco Land owns a land fund of over 1,000 hectares stretching from the North to the South of Vietnam.
