On August 22, at the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee of Thanh Hoa, Mr. Nguyen Doan Anh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, received and worked with Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group and Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute (China)
At the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his desire to cooperate and establish a representative office in the North of the Group in Thanh Hoa Province.
The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Thanh Hoa appreciated the Group’s goodwill and affirmed that Thanh Hoa Province would create the most favorable conditions for the Group’s subsidiaries to continue working with departments, branches, and the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones of the province to carry out the next steps in accordance with the law.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Doan Anh expected Pacific Construction Group to soon carry out specific procedures to implement cooperation in the coming time, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa Province and the Group in the future.
On August 20, the Department of Construction of Cao Bang Province had a working session with Lan Bac Loan Construction and Development Company, a member of Pacific Construction Group (China)
At the meeting, the Department of Construction introduced 7 key projects preparing for investment in the province with a total expected investment of over VND 10,000 billion.
According to the leader of Lan Bac Loan Construction and Development Company, for the projects proposed by Cao Bang Province, the company has sufficient financial capacity, technology, and experience to cooperate in implementation.
The company wishes to participate in the survey of projects to advise and propose appropriate investment cooperation plans. At the same time, it proposed that the competent authorities of Cao Bang Province soon study and advise on signing a memorandum of understanding on investment cooperation between Pacific Construction Group and Cao Bang Province.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his impression of Thai Nguyen’s development, especially the dynamism and determination in implementing infrastructure projects, promoting economic development, and improving the quality of life for local people.
The founder of Pacific Construction Group also said that through learning about the locality, he and the Group were impressed by Thai Nguyen’s new development space after the merger – this will be a great opportunity for both sides to establish cooperation and promote investment activities. He also expressed his desire to soon cooperate with the province in some traffic projects in an open spirit.
On July 31, the leaders of Dien Bien Province had a meeting with the founder of Pacific Construction Group
The founder of Pacific Construction Group said that in the coming time, the Group wants to survey and invest in infrastructure in some northwestern provinces.
Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa hoped to establish a Representative Office in Dien Bien for convenience in investing and cooperating in the province and calling for investment to Dien Bien, thereby promoting the economic development of the province.
At the same time, he hoped to cooperate with Dien Bien province and could accompany enterprises of the province to survey potential projects in the locality.
On July 30, the leaders of Lao Cai province met and worked with the delegation of Pacific Construction Group
Through the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa hoped that the Group would continue to be facilitated to connect with departments, branches, and localities of Lao Cai province to coordinate in implementing research, survey, and project implementation in the province.

With its potential in resources and experience, Pacific Construction Group wants to survey and invest in some projects in Tuyen Quang province.
Through the meeting, the Group wants to connect with the focal points of Tuyen Quang province to coordinate in implementing research and survey of potential construction projects in the locality and establish a representative office in Tuyen Quang.
Also on July 28, in the afternoon, the leaders of Hung Yen province had a working session with Pacific Construction Group
Through this meeting, the enterprise wishes to survey, cooperate, and invest in Hung Yen province in the fields of investment, construction, operation, and planning of urban infrastructure development.
The Group hopes that in the coming time, the two sides will continue to exchange and coordinate closely so that the cooperation will achieve many positive results, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
Hung Yen province commits to creating a favorable investment environment for investors to effectively implement projects. The provincial leaders assigned the Department of Finance to be the focal point of contact between the province and Pacific Construction Group to facilitate deeper exchanges between the two sides, aiming at substantive and effective cooperation.
