80 years since that historic autumn when Vietnam regained its independence, the nation has embarked on a long journey of nation-building and defense, fighting and creating. From the August Revolution of 1945, through three decades of war, to the Renovation Period that began in 1986 and now, the era of deep integration, we have witnessed the maturation of a nation.
In 2025, during the 80th National Day anniversary celebrations, that spirit was reignited once more as hundreds of projects were simultaneously inaugurated and commenced across 34 provinces and cities. Each project stands as a testament to our nation’s intrinsic strength and aspiration for development.

Prime Minister delivers a speech at the inauguration and commencement ceremony of projects celebrating the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Among this grand chorus, the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park in Phu Tho Province stands out as a special note. This project is not only a newly commenced venture but also affirms the stature of Phu Tho – the ancestral land of the nation – in the era of green and smart industry.
The selection of Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park as one of the 80 representative sites across the nation underscores the vital importance of this project in the country’s overall strategy.
A Symphony from the Nation to the Locality
The commencement ceremony of the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park on the morning of August 19 took place in a special atmosphere. This atmosphere was not only one of joy for the occasion but also of pride in being part of a nationally televised event.
At the ceremony, alongside the presence of central and local leaders, the speech delivered by Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, served as a development proclamation. He emphasized that the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park is not merely an industrial infrastructure project but also a symbol of our aspiration to rise, affirming our determination to establish Phu Tho as an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors, as well as a significant center for industry, services, and logistics in the country.

Over 1,000 participants attended the commencement ceremony of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park in Phu Tho Province.
His speech transcended provincial boundaries, reflecting a national vision and demonstrating the alignment between local aspirations and the Party and Government’s overarching orientation. From Phu Tho, where three provinces—Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh—converge, a new development space has emerged.
The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park has become a symbol of transformation and a milestone proving that historically significant regions continue to lead the journey toward sustainable industrialization.
A Project of Strategic Significance
The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park is planned across nearly 300 hectares, with a total expected investment of $176 million. The project aims to attract high-tech industries, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, precision mechanics, and smart logistics.
Upon completion, the Green Park Industrial Park is expected to create jobs for nearly 100,000 workers while significantly contributing to the local budget and enhancing the province’s industrial infrastructure.
What sets the Green Park Industrial Park apart is its approach to combining economic development with environmental protection. All factory roofs are covered with solar panels, and the waste treatment system aims for carbon neutrality. Additionally, over 35 hectares of green space and 5.5 hectares of lakes, canals, and waterways are planned to serve as natural lungs.
The park’s operation utilizes digital technology and artificial intelligence for monitoring and optimization. This is not just an industrial park but a green and smart industrial park that meets international standards.

Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, emphasizes the importance of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project.
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, highlighted that the commencement of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is a significant milestone, serving as a driving force for growth, economic restructuring, job creation, and income improvement for workers in the project area.
More importantly, this project is one of 57 industrial parks planned until 2030, covering a total area of over 13,000 hectares and contributing to half of the province’s industrial and construction output value.
By 2050, this number will increase to 58 industrial parks spanning over 14,000 hectares, integrating urban areas, services, and circular economy principles. The commencement of the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park resonates with other significant projects nationwide, becoming a crucial link in the country’s industrial map.
In his speech at the ceremony, the provincial leader also affirmed that the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is not just an industrial infrastructure project but also a symbol of faith, aspiration, and testament to the province’s spirit of innovation and determination to develop in this new era.
Notably, the provincial leader committed to accompanying investors in completing modern infrastructure for transportation, electricity, water, and telecommunications with 5G and IoT. They also pledged to ensure that 100% of industrial parks treat wastewater and solid waste up to standards, implement the use of renewable energy, promote the training of high-quality human resources, and develop a system of social housing and worker housing, thereby creating a sustainable industrial ecosystem.
These commitments not only demonstrate political determination but also reflect a long-term vision for an industrial development model closely linked to social welfare and environmental protection. The provincial leader’s commitment aligns with the Party and Government’s resolve to build a green and sustainable industrial foundation for the nation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of CNCTech Group, Chairman of the Members’ Council of Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Company, delivers a speech at the commencement ceremony.
On another level, the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park also affirms the stature of pioneering infrastructure developers. CNCTech, a leading industrial developer offering comprehensive services, has demonstrated its mettle as a high-tech industrial enterprise, daring to pioneer challenging trends, combining the aspirations of private enterprises with the nation’s vision.
Drawing on its experience in implementing numerous industrial and technological projects, CNCTech not only invests in infrastructure but also accompanies localities in building value chains, attracting international corporations, and promoting Vietnam’s image as a safe, smart, and sustainable investment destination. The presence of enterprises like CNCTech attests to the newfound strength of Vietnam’s private economic sector, joining hands with the State in projects of national significance.
Symbol of the Green Industrial Era
In the context of global climate change and the pressure from international environmental agreements, the direction of the Green Park Industrial Park aligns with global trends. General Secretary To Lam once emphasized: “We must not trade off the environment, culture, and social welfare for the sake of single-minded growth. Development must be harmonious, protecting the ecosystem, preserving cultural identity, and striving for a more sustainable and humane future.” The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park is a concrete manifestation of this spirit in a specific region.

The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park is planned with 35 hectares of green space, 15 hectares of water surfaces, and 100% of factory roofs covered with solar panels.
Transforming from an area that was once predominantly agricultural, the Green Park Industrial Park is being built to become a leading high-tech industrial center in Northern Vietnam. This marks a shift from brownfield to greenfield industrialization, from development reliant on cheap labor to one driven by technology and smart management.
Every detail of the Green Park Industrial Park’s green planning is a concrete response to Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 commitment, presenting the country to the world with new development standards.
If the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge, expressways, or modern hospitals are considered infrastructure directly serving the people’s well-being, then the Green Park Industrial Park is the production infrastructure, generating added value, jobs, and international competitiveness for Vietnam’s economy.
From the Ancestral Land to the World Map
Phu Tho is the sacred ancestral land, the convergence of the nation’s cultural roots. Now, on this land, a green, smart, and modern industrial park rises. The combination of historical roots and the aspiration for industrialization and modernization creates a new symbol. The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park is not only linked to a glorious past but also oriented toward an open future.
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, affirmed: “Today’s commencement ceremony of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is not just a celebration of the 80th National Day but also a symbol of Phu Tho’s aspiration to rise, affirming our determination to establish Phu Tho as an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.”
His words serve both as a commitment and a call to action, transforming a ceremony into a national message, asserting that the path of green industrialization is inevitable.
Joining the 80-Year Symphony
This year, the nation witnessed the commencement and inauguration of 250 projects, with a total investment of over VND 1,000 trillion. All these events were broadcast live in a special program by VTV.
In this grand symphony, each project is a note. Rach Mieu 2 Bridge in the Mekong Delta, expressways in Central Vietnam, modern hospitals in Nghe An, social housing in major cities… all contribute to a diverse picture of construction efforts. The Green Park Industrial Park is part of this picture but with a distinct tone. It is not just a new factory or a new piece of land but the beginning of a sustainable development model.

The leadership of Phu Tho Province and CNCTech present strategic distribution certificates for the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park to renowned partners: Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, CBRE, RSL, and Nguyen Giap.
At the live broadcast location in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and other top leaders of the Party and State were present, underscoring the historical significance and national importance of the event.
In this connection, the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park carries the mission of promoting green industrial development in Phu Tho and contributing to shaping a new face for Vietnam’s economy in the era of integration and sustainability.

The commencement ceremony of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park was held simultaneously with 250 projects and works nationwide, with a total investment of up to VND 1,280,000 billion.
Viewed from above, the Green Park Industrial Park resembles an “industrial green forest” with factory roofs covered in solar panels, lakes reflecting light, and green belts surrounding the production area. It is not just the image of an industrial park but a commitment that Vietnam’s industry can be modern and humane, integrated yet preserving its identity.
The commencement ceremony of the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park during the 80th National Day anniversary has become an event of national significance. It is not just an economic project but a symbol of the aspiration for green, smart, and sustainable development. From the ancestral land of Phu Tho, a new flag of industrialization is raised, joining the 80-year flow of national construction.

Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, encourages the officials and workers of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park.
The Green Park Industrial Park will not only provide jobs for tens of thousands of workers and substantial revenue for the budget but also convey a clear message: Vietnam enters the era of green industry with faith, wisdom, and determination. As the nation simultaneously inaugurates and commences hundreds of projects, the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park contributes a distinct voice. This voice is not loud or ostentatious but profound and enduring, carrying the resonance of the future.
