The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued a decision to adjust certain matters related to the An Khanh – An Thuong Urban Area (An Khanh commune, Hanoi).
Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee decided to adjust the land area allocated to Hanoi-based Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company (formerly known as Ha Do Joint Stock Company) for the implementation of the An Khanh – An Thuong Urban Area project in Song Phuong and An Thuong communes, Hoai Duc district (now An Khanh commune, Hanoi).
Specifically, the land area has been reduced from 300,251.1 square meters to 298,805 square meters (a decrease of approximately 1,446 square meters) compared to Decision No. 2431/QD-UBND dated December 14, 2007, of the People’s Committee of Ha Tay province (former).
The reduction in land area is due to the Hanoi authorities’ approval of adjustments to the detailed planning of the An Khanh – An Thuong Urban Area at a scale of 1/500 and their endorsement of adjustments to the investment policy for the same project.
The Hanoi People’s Committee also assigned an additional 4,005 square meters of land in An Khanh commune to Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company to be used in conjunction with the aforementioned 298,805 square meters for the implementation of the An Khanh – An Thuong Urban Area project.
Consequently, the total land area for the An Khanh – An Thuong Urban Area project, after the adjustment and supplementary allocation, stands at 302,810 square meters.

The Hanoi People’s Committee instructs the investor to coordinate with relevant authorities to receive the actual land handover, pay land use fees, update land databases, and implement the project as per regulations.
The city authorities also direct the concerned departments and sectors to coordinate with the investor in executing the project and provide guidance and inspection within their jurisdiction.
