Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition is one of the four final editions of the CB1300 series launched in Japan in February, including the CB1300 Super Four (CB1300SF), CB1300 Super Bol d’Or, and their respective SP versions.
A limited number of the Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition have been imported to Vietnam by a private motorcycle dealer in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the dealer, the batch of Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition motorcycles that have arrived in the country consists of five units, directly imported from Japan.
The first CB1300SF SP Final Edition to arrive in Vietnam sports a white and red color scheme, inspired by the original CB1000SF from 1992. However, the new model features a modernized finish with metallic accents. The “Project Big 1” decal on the fuel tank pays homage to its predecessor, while the “Final Edition” inscription below adds a touch of exclusivity.
Details such as the gold chain, silver-painted swingarm, and metal-plated trellis frame add a touch of elegance to this large-displacement motorcycle.
The bike features a classic round headlight that embodies the CB lineage, seamlessly blended with modern LED technology and an LCD panel above.
The Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition measures 2,200 mm in length, 795 mm in width, and 1,135 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,520 mm and a seat height of 790 mm. It tips the scales at 272 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 21 liters.
In addition to its sturdy steel frame, the bike boasts a high-end Ohlins suspension system with adjustable front forks and dual rear shocks.
The front dual disc brakes with four-piston Brembo calipers and a single rear disc brake, along with a two-channel ABS system, ensure powerful and safe stopping power. Traction control (HSTC) further enhances the riding experience.
Powering the Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition is a liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1,284cc. It generates 113 horsepower and a peak torque of 114 Nm. The engine complies with Euro 5 emission standards and features PGM-FI electronic fuel injection, paired with a six-speed transmission.
In Japan, the Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition carries a suggested retail price of 2.1 million yen, roughly equivalent to 360 million VND.
Once imported to Vietnam and with all taxes and duties considered, the price of the Honda CB1300SF SP Final Edition is expected to exceed 500 million VND. This limited-edition motorcycle appeals primarily to affluent collectors and enthusiasts.
