Step 1: Access the website of the Traffic Police Department: https://www.csgt.vn.

Go to the “Traffic Violation Lookup through Images” section on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Fill in the information in the “Traffic Violation Lookup through Images” section on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: In the lookup section, enter the full license plate number of the vehicle you want to check and select the vehicle type (car or motorcycle).

Step 4: Enter the security code (the combination of letters and numbers next to the empty box).

Step 5: Click “Lookup” to get the results.

The system will then return any traffic violations captured by cameras. If no results are found, it means the vehicle has not been fined.

Method 2: Check through mobile applications

Citizens can use traffic violation lookup applications on Android and IOS platforms such as VNeTraffic.

Step 1: Download and install the VNeTraffic app on your phone from the App Store or CH Play.

Step 2: Log in to your account

If you don’t have an account, register by following these steps: Choose to register, then scan the QR code in the upper right corner of the CCCD card. Review the information, enter your phone number, and click “Confirm”. The system will then send an OTP code to your phone, which you need to enter along with your chosen password.
