Speaking at the event, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Chairman of Danang People’s Committee, acknowledged that the project launch serves as a catalyst for the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Danang. The project holds special significance and plays a strategic role in the city’s socio-economic development.

“The project is expected to reinforce Danang’s role as a crucial gateway for trade in Central Vietnam and the country as a whole,” he added. “It will gradually become a vital link in the global and Asia-Pacific supply chain and regional network.”

According to the investor’s representative, the project’s prime location at the foot of Ba Na Hills, directly linked to the tourist cluster at Position No. 5, will maximize the advantages of being adjacent to one of Danang’s most vibrant tourist hubs. This will create a synergistic effect, enhancing high-end tourism, services, and accommodation, leading to increased spending and longer stays by visitors. Ultimately, it will contribute to realizing the goal of making Danang a pioneer in modern economic institutions and a dynamic testing ground for new mechanisms and policies to attract investment, boost production, and promote international integration.
