Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Independent Board Member of Hyra Holdings
According to Hyra Tek’s (Hyra Network) website, the company is building the world’s first decentralized AI infrastructure. Specifically, Hyra Network, along with the Hyra AI platform, is the world’s first decentralized AI infrastructure operating on a Layer-3 blockchain, combining a verified computing system (a verifiable computing grid) with a decentralized governance mechanism directly on the blockchain (DAO on-chain).
This solution is said to enable all nations, businesses, and citizens to access and utilize AI in a transparent and secure manner.
Hyra Network currently offers three flagship products:
Hyra AI is a verifiable AI inference platform that enables data processing directly on users’ devices, ensuring security and high performance.
Hyra Zone operates a large-scale decentralized GPU training network, replacing the traditional centralized data center model, thus enabling expanded operations and improved efficiency.
Hyra Mega is a transparent encryption marketplace where AI models, data, and APIs are traded securely and safely.
Also, according to the website, the company has grown from a startup with seven members to successfully developing the TrainAI2Earn model, which efficiently connects and harnesses the computing power of millions of devices worldwide, in just three years.
Hyra Tek claims that this achievement has enabled them to rapidly expand their presence to 200 countries with over two million connected devices, while also reaching a stable monthly revenue of $100,000.
Hyra Network is a decentralized AI infrastructure project within the Hyra Holdings ecosystem – a group established in 2021, headquartered in Vietnam, and operating across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
By the end of 2024, Hyra Holdings’ ecosystem had reportedly reached one million global users. Hyra AI surpassed two million connected devices across 205 countries, with a total compute power of 360,000 TFLOPS. The company also announced the construction of the Hyra Zone – an AI data center worth $30 million. Additionally, they expanded their offices to Singapore, Dubai, and the USA.
In May 2025, during the Annual General Meeting, Hyra Holdings announced that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung (also known as Shark Hung) had joined as an Independent Board Member, alongside Mr. Tran Nam Chung, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Board Member.
For the period of 2026-2030, Hyra Holdings aims to develop nine strategic technology products and expand into over 30 international markets.
Furthermore, Hyra Network is preparing for an IPO valued at $10 billion on the Nasdaq by 2030.
