“Techcombank Honored with Prime Minister’s Award for Outstanding Contributions to National Welfare Program”

On August 26, 2025, at the National Online Conference to conclude the program "Whole Country Joins Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in 2025" chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Techcombank was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister. This recognition highlights the bank's outstanding contributions to social welfare and community development through its active participation in the aforementioned program.

In alignment with Resolution 42 of the 13th Central Executive Committee term of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the goal was to essentially eradicate temporary housing and poverty by 2030. Thanks to the unity of the entire society, the program was completed five years ahead of schedule, supporting the construction and repair of over 334,000 houses, mobilizing nearly VND 25,000 billion, and countless volunteer hours.

Techcombank and other enterprises were honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the program “The Whole Country Joins Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses by 2025”

The program, “The Whole Country Joins Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses,” is one of the 250 key projects and programs celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2nd, emphasizing its profound humanitarian significance and widespread impact across Vietnam.
