On August 23, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Innovation and Startup Center (SIHUB) officially inaugurated its new building. The operation and management of the center have been entrusted to Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Management Services JSC (TTC Land M), a subsidiary of TTC Land (stock code: SCR).

SIHUB, under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, was established per the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. The 11-story building has a total area of over 20,000 square meters and was constructed with a total investment of more than VND 320 billion, commencing in October 2020.

The center is envisioned to become a hub for the startup community, bringing together businesses, startups, investors, and experts. It is also expected to be a new symbol of Ho Chi Minh City in the field of innovation and creativity.

Mr. Le Van Loc, Chairman and Director of TTC Land M, expressed that managing a symbolic project for the city is an opportunity to leverage the company’s expertise and create a safe, efficient, and professional working environment for the startup community. He emphasized that TTC Land M will maintain stable service quality and focus on sustainability to provide maximum support to organizations and businesses.

The Ho Chi Minh City Innovation and Startup Center stands as a new symbol of the city’s determination to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough development in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. It demonstrates a strong commitment to realizing the aspiration of building Ho Chi Minh City into an innovative city and a leading regional science and technology hub.

Regarding TTC Land M, the company currently manages 19 apartment buildings and towers, surpassing its 2025 plan by 112%. This portfolio includes projects developed by TTC Land, such as Charmington La Pointe, Belleza, Jamona City, Jamona Golden Silk, Panomax River Villa, Carillon 3, Carillon 5, and Carillon 7, along with several external projects like Moscow Tower, Melody Residences, Hung Ngan Garden, and Sunview Town. The continuous trust in managing new projects underscores TTC Land M’s growing reputation in the real estate services market.

Recently, TTC Land has also made notable strides, including handing over the TTC Plaza Danang commercial block to AeonMall Vietnam and announcing the Kim Quy Island project in Dong Nai Province.
