All three transactions were made with investment and increasing ownership ratio purposes. Notably, the trades on August 15 and August 25 were matched orders, while the trade on August 20 was likely a negotiated deal (the volume of the negotiated deal in that session was equal to the number of shares Mr. Luc bought). Accordingly, the total amount he spent on nearly 4.9 million VRC shares is expected to exceed VND 72 billion.

Since Mr. Luc’s purchase, the VRC stock price has surged by nearly 16%, closing at VND 15,000/share on August 29.
