The sale will be made through negotiation from 09/05/2025 to 10/03/2025 to address personal financial needs. If the transaction is successful, Mr. Dat’s ownership in PDR will decrease from 36.72% to 27.7%, equivalent to nearly 272 million shares. Based on the closing price of 24,550 VND/share on 08/29/2025, the deal value is estimated at nearly VND 2,200 billion.

On the PDR website, Mr. Dat affirmed: “I am willing to sacrifice short-term gains for the long-term and sustainable benefits of Phat Dat and its shareholders.”

The company also disclosed that at the end of 2022, Mr. Dat sold personal assets worth more than VND 2,000 billion to help PDR repay bond debts. With the expected proceeds from the sale of shares, he will prepare for PDR‘s plans when the market turns positive.

Notably, the last time Mr. Dat bought PDR shares was during the offering of more than 134 million shares to existing shareholders in mid-2024. Accordingly, Mr. Dat personally purchased nearly 51.5 million shares, while a related party, Phat Dat Holdings Limited Company, bought nearly 12.3 million shares. After the transaction, Mr. Dat and Phat Dat Holdings maintained their ownership in PDR at 38.34% and 9.15%, respectively.

The offering price was 10,000 VND/share, and considering only the 51.5 million shares purchased, Mr. Dat has made a profit of 2.5 times in just over a year.

In addition to the continuous increase in share prices, PDR stock has also witnessed strong liquidity since the beginning of July 2025, the highest since early 2023, with an average of nearly 26.2 million shares traded per session. In comparison, the average trading volume since the beginning of the year is nearly 13 million shares per session. The record-breaking session in terms of liquidity since the beginning of 2025 was on 08/18/2025, with more than 54.4 million shares traded.
