The State Bank of Vietnam was tasked with instructing relevant units and commercial banks, especially those where the State Treasury holds accounts, to ensure a smooth payment system and cash availability to facilitate timely and comprehensive gift distribution to all eligible citizens, leaving no one out and avoiding overlaps.
People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities were instructed to direct relevant agencies and units in their respective areas to coordinate closely with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Bank to organize the timely and safe delivery of gifts to citizens, ensuring that the process is completed as required.
