On August 29, 2025, at the Gia Lai Investment and Trade Promotion Conference 2025, Nutifood Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the People’s Committee of Gia Lai province on comprehensive cooperation and investment enhancement to develop the region into a high-quality fresh milk production hub in the Central – Highlands key economic zone of Vietnam.
Specifically, Nutifood plans to expand its NutiMilk Gia Lai Dairy Farm by increasing its dairy herd from 12,000 to 30,000 cows, expanding the barn area from 52 to 187 hectares, and increasing the pasture area from 569 to 1,468 hectares. The cooperative crop and corn growing area with local farmers is also expected to increase from 1,000 to 2,500 hectares, thereby improving the livelihoods and incomes of local people and contributing to crop structure adjustment in Gia Lai.

To date, Nutifood’s total investment in Gia Lai has reached more than VND 4,500 billion, including VND 3,000 billion for the farm and VND 1,500 billion for the milk processing plant. In this new phase, Nutifood plans to invest an additional VND 6,000 billion to expand the farm scale and upgrade the plant and production lines to modern, large-capacity, and world-class standards.

Through this comprehensive cooperation with the province, Nutifood commits to accompanying Gia Lai not only in producing high-quality milk but also in promoting sustainable economic development and improving the livelihoods of local people. With the support and companionship of the local government, we are determined to contribute to building the Gia Lai dairy brand and making the province a leading fresh milk hub in the region.”
