For personal borrowers, Sacombank caters to a range of loan purposes, including production, agriculture, real estate purchases, construction/renovations, auto loans, and consumer loans of all tenures. The bank offers transparent fixed-term interest rates, with short-term loans ranging from 4.8-6.5%/year and medium to long-term loans featuring fixed rates for 6, 9, or 12 months, starting at 6.5%/year.
Individuals can borrow up to 40 years for real estate purchases, with a loan-to-value ratio of up to 85% on mortgaged properties. The bank offers a generous grace period of up to 5 years on principal payments, and borrowers have the flexibility to prepay up to VND 100 million on the principal amount per repayment term without any penalties, even during the grace period. A competitive prepayment fee of just 1% is applicable in the first two years, waived from the third year onwards, giving borrowers control over their cash flow.
On the business front, Sacombank offers an attractive short-term loan package with interest rates as low as 4.3%/year. Medium to long-term loans are also available, with fixed rates for 6, 9, or 12 months, ranging from 6.5-7.5%/year. These loans are designed to support businesses in their expansion plans, technology upgrades, and more. The credit package particularly targets sectors such as import-export, agriculture, and green economy initiatives, as well as businesses investing in infrastructure, digital technology, and digital transformation.
