City Auto Joint Stock Company (Stock Code: CTF, HoSE) has just announced a notice of trading in shares by insiders and related persons of insiders.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Lam, a member of the Board of Directors of City Auto and son of Chairman Tran Ngoc Dan, has just registered to purchase 2.4 million CTF shares to increase his ownership rate.

The transaction is expected to take place by matching or striking method from September 5, 2025, to October 3, 2025.

Before the transaction, Mr. Tran Lam owned over 8 million CTF shares, equivalent to an ownership rate of 8.4% of the capital in City Auto. If the transaction is successful, the number of shares will increase to over 10.4 million shares, equivalent to an ownership rate of 10.91%.

Assuming the price of CTF shares as of the closing session on August 28, 2025, at VND 20,850/share, it is estimated that Mr. Tran Lam will have to spend about VND 50 billion to be able to buy the registered amount of shares mentioned above.

In the same vein, Tan Thanh Do Group Joint Stock Company has also just registered to purchase 3 million CTF shares to increase its ownership rate. The transaction is expected to take place by matching or striking method from August 28, 2025, to September 26, 2025.

If the transaction is successful, Tan Thanh Do will increase its ownership of CTF shares from nearly 14.6 million shares to nearly 17.6 million shares, equivalent to an increase in the ownership rate from 15.21% to 18.35% of the capital in City Auto.

Previously, in the period from July 1, 2025, to July 4, 2025, Tan Thanh Do successfully purchased 6.5 million CTF shares.

After the transaction, Tan Thanh Do increased its ownership in City Auto from nearly 8.1 million shares (8.42%) to nearly 14.6 million shares (15.21%).

It is known that Mr. Pham Anh Hung, a shareholder holding over 3.9 million CTF shares, equivalent to an ownership rate of 4.12% of City Auto’s chartered capital, is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Thanh Do. Mr. Pham Anh Hung is known as the brother-in-law of Mr. Tran Ngoc Dan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of City Auto.

In addition, the two sons of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of City Auto, Mr. Tran Lam and Mr. Tran Long, who are both members of the Board of Directors of City Auto, hold the positions of General Director and Vice General Director of Tan Thanh Do, respectively.
