Companies finalising dividend payouts for the week of 03-05/09/2025

After the holiday week, IST will finalise a dividend payout ratio of 20.53%, the highest of the week. With over 15 million shares in circulation, the company is estimated to spend approximately VND 30.8 billion on this payout. The ex-dividend date is 03/09, and shareholders can expect to receive their dividends by 15/09/2025. The parent company of IST, TNHH MTV Corporation Saigon New Port, which holds a 51% stake, will receive approximately VND 15.7 billion in this payout.

This is the lowest dividend ratio for IST since 2020. However, it is important to note that in 2024, the company issued bonus shares at a ratio of 100:24.9819 (i.e., for every 100 shares held, shareholders received 24 new shares). Therefore, IST‘s actual payout is higher than the 2023 dividend (23%).

Following IST are three companies finalising dividend payouts at a ratio of 20% (VND 2,000/share): DRL, TNP, and GSM. DRL and TNP have the same ex-dividend date of 05/09, while GSM‘s is 03/09.

DRL‘s payout is for the first dividend of 2025, estimated at VND 19 billion, and shareholders can expect to receive their dividends by 29/09. The largest shareholder, Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), with a stake of over 30.4%, is expected to receive nearly VND 5.8 billion. Previously, DRL paid dividends for 2024 in two instalments, at a ratio of 20% and 10%, respectively. Thus, the total dividend ratio reached 49%, with a total value of nearly VND 46.6 billion.

Meanwhile, TNP is expected to spend over VND 14 billion on dividends for 2024. Its parent company, Anh Vy Trading Co., Ltd., which holds over 61.33%, will receive VND 8.6 billion. Shareholders can expect to receive their dividends by 22/09.

GSM is estimated to spend over VND 57 billion on dividends for 2024. The two largest shareholders, Kim Thanh Hotel Services Joint Stock Company (27.38%) and HATINCO Mineral and Trading Corporation (19.75%), are expected to receive VND 15.6 billion and VND 11.25 billion, respectively.

Regarding stock dividends, no companies are finalising payouts next week.
