Damsan’s Impressive Financial Performance and Diversification

On August 28, 2025, Damsan released its reviewed consolidated financial report for the first six months of 2025. During this period, the company achieved impressive results, with consolidated total revenue reaching VND 802.11 billion, a 2.71% increase compared to the same period last year. Even more remarkable was the company’s after-tax profit, which soared to VND 44.70 billion, reflecting a significant 194.85% growth compared to 2024.

Damsan’s core business lies in the manufacturing of towels, yarn, and cotton products. The company’s diverse range of goods are exported to various overseas markets, with export revenue contributing a substantial two-thirds of Damsan’s total production.

Damsan’s diverse business ventures

In recent times, Damsan has ventured into real estate development, undertaking numerous projects in Hung Yen province. These projects encompass a range of property types, including the An Ninh Industrial Cluster (spanning 75 hectares), the Ninh An Industrial Cluster (74 hectares), and the expanded Vu Ninh Industrial Cluster (37.5 hectares). Additionally, Damsan is developing a project in Bo Xuyen, Phu Xuan, and Quang Trung wards, featuring hundreds of terraced houses.

Groundbreaking Ceremony for Social Housing Project

On August 14, 2025, Damsan held a groundbreaking ceremony for its social housing project in Phu Xuan ward. This project consists of two 15-story buildings and one basement level, with a total floor area exceeding 58,000 square meters. Over 33,500 square meters of this space is dedicated to 546 social housing units, while the remaining 5,200 square meters accommodate 36 commercial and service units, catering to the diverse needs of the residents.

The project aims to address the community’s housing needs while contributing to urban renewal and enhancing the quality of life for its residents. With a modern and comfortable design, the development strives to create a safe, civilized, and sustainable living environment.

Damsan’s reputation and expertise in constructing factory systems and developing integrated infrastructure have led to their collaboration with SANR Vietnam Electronics Company as the main contractor for their electronic component assembly plant project. On August 19, 2025, the two companies inaugurated the construction of the SANR Vietnam Electronics Company’s electronic component assembly plant in An Ninh Industrial Cluster, Tien Hai, Hung Yen province. This state-of-the-art facility comprises two modern workshops, each spanning 1,794 square meters, equipped with international-standard infrastructure to support the electronics industry.
